
Applications
Water quality requirements vary dramatically between applications. A boiler running at 600 psi demands feedwater with less than 0.1 ppm dissolved solids to prevent scaling. A water bottling line must meet FDA 21 CFR 129 standards for bottled water production. A mobile emergency unit deployed to a disaster zone needs to produce safe drinking water from a river in under an hour. These are not the same problem, and off-the-shelf systems rarely solve them well.
Since 1993, AMPAC USA has engineered water purification systems for applications across industrial, commercial, municipal, and humanitarian sectors. Each system is designed around the actual source water chemistry, flow rate, and end-use specification of the installation — not a catalog model adapted after the fact. Systems ship fully assembled and factory-tested, with documented performance data before they leave the facility.
